SAGE Wins First Place Award of Distinction for Green Building for First Multi-Classroom Complex
Leading the way nationally in sustainable, modular classrooms, SAGE has been a frequent member of the Modular Building Institute’s award winners. This year, with the delivery of the first multi-classroom SAGE Complex those awards take on a new level of significance. The SAGE Complex at Silverdale Elementary brings together 4 classrooms around a central hallway with bathrooms and a flex space.
This project is an important growth in the SAGE journey, as it offers schools and districts a new opportunity for larger healthy spaces for growing student populations. Building off the success of the SAGE model elsewhere, this modular design can be constructed in a fraction of the time it takes to build a traditional school while achieving a high standard of healthy and sustainable construction.
We are thrilled at the positive responses from students and teachers alike, and thankful for the Modular Building Institute for recognizing our efforts!
